Lavenham Community Council

The Lavenham Community Council is a Registered Charity (number 1106956), and its aims are:

• to provide and maintain recreation facilities, playing fields and community centres within the Parish of Lavenham.
• to encourage leisure-time activities in the interests of social welfare for the inhabitants of Lavenham and its immediate neighbourhood.
• to raise funds for carrying out the Council's aims.

We are currently trying to raise £100,000 towards a new Village Hall.

We hold various fund-raising events in the course of the year, both in support of the Council general funds and for the construction of the new Pavilion on the recreation grounds in Bridge Street Road, Lavenham.
