Lavenham is enjoying a period of unprecedented community activity. After years of fundraising a dedicated local self help construction team has completed a new pavilion, whilst the village hall project makes exciting progress.
A First Responder group, community bus project, progress towards the creation of our community woodland and other tree planting schemes all show what can be achieved by the community working together.
The Village Design Statement recently launched after an in-depth survey of residents' needs and priorities provided the District Council with very clear pointers for their future plans for Lavenham.
